When we bought our house in late April/early May, the inspection report noted the need for moisture control work. The previous owners got a quote from AdvantaClean of the Piedmont. The price seemed reasonable for the scope of the work (vapor barrier, exterior caulking, and debris removal), so after verifying that the quote would still be honored, I tried to move forward to schedule service. AdvantaClean completed its work on our house in late May. We've had several heavy rains since then, and the caulking has held up nicely. Though I hope that the need does not arise, I would be open to dealing with this company again.

Our experience with Advantaclean of the Piedmont was outstanding. Extremely productive, professional and easy to work with. Pete Georges was very conservative with his approach on fixing our crawlspace issue. I don’t normally hire people to work on my house but I was extremely pleased with the outcome. The crew in my opinion went above and beyond on this project, very thorough with a great work ethic.
