Zach Takle is the dedicated owner and president of AdvantaClean of Knoxville & The Smokies, a leading restoration company specializing in water damage, mold remediation, and crawlspace moisture. Since founding the business in September of 2011, Zach has been committed to providing exceptional service to the Knoxville community. With over a decade of experience in the restoration industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people in their times of need.
Originally from Minnesota, where he grew up on a farm, Zach has called Knoxville home for the past 13 years. He enjoys being a part of the Knoxville community with his wife, Heather, and their 2 children, Macie and Henry. In his free time, Zach enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. His interests include music, cooking, football, and spending time outdoors.
Zach's favorite part of owning his business is helping property owners in challenging times. He and his team strive to address and resolve challenging restoration issues effectively and efficiently. AdvantaClean of Knoxville & The Smokies is proud to hold certifications from the IICRC and MICRO, including Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Certified Mold Remediation Contractor (CMRC), Certified Mold Inspector (CMI), and Crawlspace Encapsulation Specialist (CES).
Under Zach's leadership, AdvantaClean of Knoxville & The Smokies has a mission to make a positive impact in Knoxville and surrounding communities by providing high quality service for people in times of need.
