Location: Seagoville, TX 75159

Problem: A local church affiliated food bank was doing some renovations and realized they had a pretty bad infestation of rats.

Solution: After an exterminator was called to dispatch the rodents, Advantaclean of Ellis County removed all bodies, ceiling tiles, insulation, and temporary walls. The structure was wet wiped and the air ducts were serviced. A treatment of Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2) was utilized to eliminate all organic odors.

     

Location: Temple, TX 75102

Problem: Tenant allowed a leak in the kitchen to continue over a years time. Mold growth was very extensive. The oils from the children's hand prints on the walls had developed concentrations of growth. The growth was heavy throughout the entire dwelling to include ceilings, walls, and floors.

Solution: This project was a complete gut of the dwelling down to the studs and framing. All building materials were removed to include doors, shelving, cabinets, flooring, tack strips, drywall (ceilings and walls), toilets, showers, and HVAC system. The dwelling was maintained under negative pressure and all exposed framing were treated with Prep and Par as well as encapsulate where applicable. The entire dwelling was HEPA vacuumed and treated with an anti-microbial solution.
