A graduate of Central Washington University and a life long Washingtonian, Larry is married with 2 daughters. When Larry isn’t working he’s playing tennis, hiking, or you might see him as an extra on the NBC TV show Grimm.

Job Opportunities

Compensation: $16 - $22 hr D.O.E.
Employment type: full-time, based out of Vancouver, WA

AdvantaClean is looking to hire a full-time (40 hrs) Lead Restoration Field Technician with ongoing training that can lead to mid, and upper-level management. At least one year of related experience in restoration (Mold, Water, Air Duct Cleaning) or related work (Drainage) is required.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license required with a good driving record
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen, prior to service
- Good customer service skills are important
- Opportunities for overtime, must be available to work some evenings and weekends
- High school diploma

We're a restoration company serving the Portland / Vancouver metro that specializes in:

* Mold Testing and Removal
* 24/7 Emergency Water Damage Clean-up
* Air Duct Cleaning
* Moisture Control Solutions (drainage, sump pumps, vapor barriers, etc.)

We offer competitive hourly pay, paid holidays, Paid Time Off (vacation and sick pay), ongoing training, incentives, and bonuses. After a successful probationary period, you will be eligible for Health & Dental Benefits, and Life Insurance.
