The owner of AdvantaClean of Frederick, David Belan, is happily married to Allie Belan and resides in Adamstown MD, near the southern border of Frederick County MD with their children, Alyssa and Dylan. Dave enjoys working out, gardening, travelling, watching the children's sporting events, and is an avid Pro and College Football and Pro Hockey fan.

David holds a B.S. in Chemistry from The Pennsylvania State University and had worked in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech manufacturing industries for 20 years prior to becoming part of the AdvantaClean family. During his industrial experience he held positions that required strong problem solving ability and extremely thorough analysis of very complex situations in order to correct problems by addressing their root causes. At times, David had to not only determine the problem that they were facing but also take action to correct the issues, sometimes with multi-million dollar batches that literally could have been lost if actions were not taken in mere minutes. Dave's experience has proven invaluable as the Owner of AdvantaClean of Frederick where he has helped not only homeowners, but also Biotech manufacturing and other commercial organizations, to analyze and take actions to eliminate microbial contamination and other Indoor Air Quality problems.

David is a proud member of the Rotary of Southern Frederick County in MD where he faithfully takes up the mantra of "Service Above Self."

Dave is a Certified Mold Inspector, IICRC Certified Water Damage Restoration Technician, Certified Mold Remediation Contractor, NADCA Certified HVAC Air Duct Cleaning Specialist and OSHA 30 Construction Safety Certified. Dave takes pride in ensuring that the service his team of trained technicians provides is more personal, and typically better and more complete, than similar services provided by his competitors.

Allie is happily married to Dave for 11 years. They love owning AdvantaClean of Frederick and helping individuals provide a healthy home for their families.

Allie has a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and several other education certificates. She is currently a part time math focus teacher for MCPS in which she has taught at for 19 years. She works part time at AdvantaClean as Business Developer. 

She is a IICRC certified water technician. As office manager, Allie works alongside Dave in every aspect of the business, from helping to schedule appointments, going out on estimates, writing proposals, sending out invoices, scheduling, marketing, and day to day priorities of an owner. 

Allie and Dave have 4 children. The youngest is a baseball pitcher and they both enjoy watching him play at the high school and travel level. She loves spending her time with Dave, watching movies, going for walks, taking vacations, visiting family and attending Steeler games. 

Her favorite part about AvantaClean is meeting new members of the community in both Frederick and Montgomery Counties and helping them provide a healthy home! 

Marlon has been working for AdvantaClean since we opened the doors in 2015. He has a total of 15 plus years in the warehouse and restoration industry. He started as a Lead Technician and is now over seeing 3 crews on a daily basis as the Operations Manager. 

Marlon enjoys working for AdvantaClean of Frederick because he loves  helping people live a better and healthier life. He loves meeting new people. He is a IICRC certified water technician. 

When he is not working he loves spending time with his 2 dogs, watching movies and shows on Netflix. When he can he tries to attend local concerts. 

Marlon is a bilingual speaker, speaking English and Spanish fluently. 

Sydney has been a Lead Technician for 2 years with AdvantaClean of Frederick and has a background in Home Improvements. 

She loves working for AdvantaClean because everyday/job is slightly different from each other. She is delighted when customers are amazed with the mitigation and remediation of their home and how clean and safe it is. 

During her off time, Sydney enjoys being outdoors, watching the sunrise and set as well as doing outdoor activities. She loves to travel either local or to other destinations in the U.S.
