Problem: We were called out by an investment realtor who found mold in one of the bathrooms while removing the tile around the tub.
Solution: The remaining tile was removed from around the tub. There was also mold growth on the ceiling of the bathroom. The damaged drywall was removed. The interior wall was cleaned and treated with an antimicrobial. The interior wall was treated with mold-resistant coating to prevent future mold growth inside the wall.

Solution: We quickly assessed the mold that was growing on the wall between a window that wasn't sealed and refrigerator. We quickly sealed the window and set up a containment in the kitchen. We then set up an air scrubber. Not only did we remediate the wall in question, but we also used mold spot treatment to clear up the spotted wall where the mold had been growing.
