Michael moved to central Ohio 10 years ago after being recruited by a world renown retailer to lead their procurement team.  He has come to appreciate the wonderful people, the late summer evenings as well as the ever-changing weather, and the impact that has on homes and businesses.

Michael’s career has focused on relationships - with employees, customers and vendors.  His personal life has focused on his wife - a mom and community mental health professional (New Albany Food Pantry, The Center for Healthy Families), his boys - both students at OSU, and his pets – 2 boxers and a cat.

Having personally experienced two in-home water damage (basement flooding) - Michael intimately understands how overwhelming these unplanned and urgent experiences can be. As a result, Michael and his team are mindful of the education and care required to create a comfortable and satisfactory customer experience.

During his 6 year tenure, Ryan has spent numerous hours working in the field and in the classroom gaining the knowledge, experience and certifications necessary to continue the excellence and service that the AdvantaClean brand provides. Most recently, he has spent his time meeting and getting to know clients, performing assessments, and developing the right plans to help resolve and prevent issues that many homes and businesses have had. Ryan was also the 2018 recipient of the "Salesperson of the Year" award from the AdvantaClean national headquarters for outstanding sales and commitment to growth throughout the year. Prior to his career at AdvantaClean, Ryan worked at a glass production facility and on a small family farm that his father owns. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys golfing, fixing his truck, and spending time with friends and family.
