Technician

Essential Job Functions

Do excellent work.

Clean Air Ducts and Dryer Vents per Project Manager and Lead Technician instruction. 

Perform Mold Remediation per Project Manager and Lead Technician instruction. 

Respond to Emergency Water Damage situations, 24/7 when available. 

Clean Vehicles.

Clean Equipment. 

Notify Lead Technician and Shop Manager of low supplies and broken or missing equipment daily. 

Follow our Employee Handbook. 

Follow all Local, State and Federal Safety Laws, Policies and Guidelines (i.e. OSHA, NFPA, FACP, etc).

Qualifications

Must be a self-starter.

Must have the ability to contribute as a team member.

Acceptable background.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and sometimes more.

Must be US Citizen, carry a valid resident alien card or have the appropriate Visa to work in Florida legally.

Preferred Experience

Working knowledge of and experience in construction, cleaning or demolition industries.</li>

Lead Technician

Essential Job Functions

Manage Technicians AND perform excellent work.

Clean Air Ducts and Dryer Vents per NADCA Standard ACR-2013 (Must read Standard ACR-2013).

Perform Mold Remediation per NYC Guidelines for Mold Remediation, written protocol or Project Manager Instruction. 

Respond to Emergency Water Damage situations, 24/7 when available.

Ensure all equipment used is in working order and cleaned immediately after each job.

Ensure vehicles are clean and tidy inside following jobs 

Verify vehicles are clean inside and stocked with clean equipment following jobs. If not, you clean and stock it. (Vehicle Checklist to be followed)

Notify Shop Manager of low supplies and broken or missing equipment daily. Write any orders or issues on the Order  Issues board.

Ensure you and your crew follows our Employee Handbook.

Ensure you and your crew follows all Local, State and Federal Safety Laws, Policies and Guidelines (i.e. OSHA, NFPA, FACP, etc)

Supervise Technicians and Temporary Workers on jobs to ensure work is done safely, correctly, efficiently and to our standards.

Complete Scope Sheets/Sketches following ALL Jobs and update for monitoring and equipment pickup. Send to Project Manager daily.

Pass potential opportunities to appropriate salesperson.

Must use tablet provided for Time Sheet, GPS, Photos & Messaging

Qualifications

Graduated from Technician.

Proficient using smart phones, tablets, applications and software programs in day-to-day activities.</li>

Valid drivers license w/ acceptable driving history.

Acceptable Background.

Preferred Experience

Knowledge and experience in construction, cleaning or demolition industries.</li>

IICRC, NADCA and/or EPA training or knowledge.

Project Manager

Project Management

Worked AND excelled as a Technician/Lead Technician for a minimum of 1 year unless decided differently by management.

Manage and oversee the day-to-day job site production operations.

Provide strong leadership and make day-to-day decisions required to ensure a successful, safe, timely and profitable project delivery and completion. 

Manage the timeline of projects, monitor project costs, report changes to management, identify & suggest areas for improvement to management.

Confers with supervisory personnel and labor representatives to resolve complaints and grievances.

Assists in ensuring all safety measures are enforced on jobsite (i.e. OSHA, NFPA, FACP, etc).

Bonuses based on performance, timing and budget at an agreed upon amount with management.

Commissions paid only on new jobs generated that would not have been generated without the Project Managers pre-existing personal relationship to customer.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 of the following certifications/training:

CPR 

RRP

OSHA 10 or Confined Space

NORMI Training

NADCA - ASCS or CVI

State of FL DBPR - MRSA or MRSR

IICRC AMRT, ASD, BMT, CDS, FSRT, OCT, WRT

Relationship Management

Manage relationships with onsite construction managers, engineering managers, superintendents, adjusters, homeowners, residents, staff, etc...

Ensure all communication regarding job is relayed via email daily to the office at the end of the work shift. 

Utilize only the group business card with key administrative staff info while on the job site.

Preferred Experience

Must have direct working knowledge and experience in the industry for more than 2 years.

Senior Project Manager

Project Management

Worked AND excelled as a Project Manager. Provide COI to customers when requested. Keep personal and business calendars up-to-date and synced in order to clearly communicate schedule with managers and Call Center.

Schedule subcontractors, post-testing companies, delivery &amp; payment of materials and procurement of tools and rentals to job site.

Review schedule, make necessary adjustments and execute changes to ensure project stays on target.

Ensures all safety measures are enforced on jobsite (i.e. OSHA, NFPA, FACP, etc).

Sends daily/nightly emails to all parties involved in the project, including AdvantaClean Management, containing details of the days work, expected workflow for the following day as well as the target completion date.

Business Development

Research and identify new job opportunities at all times. (Commissions only paid on self-generated new business)

Develop relationships with prospective clients, current clients, past clients, onsite construction managers, engineering managers, superintendents.

Coordinate use of marketing collateral and marketing drop-offs with office management.

Maintain existing relationships.

Project Estimating

Make site visits to scope projects independently and with teaming partners.

Attend pre-bid meetings, site inspections and gather all pertinent information needed for project productions.

Understand the basics of blue prints and construction drawings

Prepare reports and estimates in BizWiz, Xactimate & PlanGrid.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 of the following certifications/training:
